The Chamber is non-political and independent. Its advocacy work is factual and sector-based: it carries the practical experience of member companies into dialogue with public institutions in Romania, the European Union and the Chamber's markets.
Institutional dialogue
Structured engagement with ministries, agencies, embassies and partner chambers in Romania and in the Chamber's chapter markets, so that member experience reaches the institutions that set the rules.
Council position work
The Industry Councils prepare positions on the issues their sectors face — market access barriers, certification, procurement practice, financing and workforce mobility.
Commercial diplomacy
Support for state visits, bilateral business forums and memoranda of understanding with counterpart chambers and federations, including the Chamber's MoU with FICCI in India.
Trade and investment frameworks
Monitoring of European and national frameworks affecting South–Europe trade, and briefing members on changes that carry commercial consequences.
Take part through an Industry Council
Members shape the Chamber's positions through the Industry Councils, which bring together executives from a single sector to agree priorities and represent them in institutional dialogue.
