ISCC's institutional foundation includes the Memorandum of Understanding signed between FICCI and the India & Southeast Asia – Romania Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi. The cooperation supports business dialogue, delegations, trade and investment facilitation, and deeper economic engagement between Romania, India and the wider international network now represented by ISCC.
